Poly Level Raising for a Sunken Driveway

Garages and Driveways are one of the most common places we are asked to help raise. Often times the slabs on the driveway sink below the level of the garage, which can be seen here. We successfully raised the slabs by a couple inches to make the garage smoother.

Bowed Basement Walls Repair in Hamilton, Ohio

This basement wall was bowing in due to external pressure from the outsides of the basement. Hydro-static pressure combined with soil movement is able to do some nasty damage, especially to susceptible block foundations. We installed PowerBraces where the pressure was the most dangerous to the walls.

Concrete Repair Services in Hamilton, Ohio

This driveway in Hamilton, OH was uneven because the soil sitting underneath the concrete was shifting. The uneven driveway had multiple gaps and cracks in it, creating multiple safety hazards. We were able to lift and seal the driveway with our foam jacking methods, resulting in a driveway without tripping hazards. Our foam jacking system requires us to drill multiple pea sized holes in the concrete, then we inject foam through them. We then seal all the gaps and holes in the concrete with our sealer, resulting in a for sure way to make your concrete last longer.

Basement Waterproofing in Hamilton, OH

This home in Hamilton, Ohio had a basement that was leaking water and causing the owners to have to suck the water out of their basement just about every time it rained. We installed a WaterGuard system connected to a TripleSafe sump pump. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona, a Aspen air purifier, and Foamax wall panels to put the cherry on top. The result is a much cleaner, healthier basement.

Helical Piers Used to Repair a Foundation Wall Crack in Hamilton, Ohio

This home had a horizontal crack in the foundation wall. We used a helical pier system to stabilize and lift the foundation.  If you look at the blue tape on the before picture, you can see the gap in the wall.  In the after photo, you can see that the gap is gone.
