This concrete drive way had sunken into the soil, causing it to sink away from the garage. This was a nuisance for the homeowner because not only was it a major tripping hazard, it was making driving into the garage a hassle. We raised the concrete slabs back to a flush level by injecting poly level foam through pea-sized holes in the concrete.
Do you have a concrete slab thats needs lifted? Here at The Basement Doctor, we can solve the problems that soil wash out can cause. In this case, soil had completely washed away from this front porch, and was close to completely cracking. Instead, we filled the void underneath with our PolyLevel foam.
We used Polylevel Injections to raise these steps back to their original position.
