This home's back porch had slabs that were sinking and retracting away from one another, leaving open space between the slabs. This open space allows rain to erode the slabs from underneath. In order to fix the slabs, we applied PolyLevel foam in the right spots to move the slabs back to their intended positions. We also sealed the spaces between the slabs to stop from further erosion.
This front porch was sloping sideways, and it needed fixed. The front porch is the first step someone takes to leave the house, and it should not be a hazard, so we fixed it.
We installed a RockWell Window well and an egress window in Fairfield, Ohio. An egress window provides an easy access out of the basement. The Rockwell Window Well has built-in steps to make it easier to exit the basement.
This home had a front porch and adjacent sidewalk slabs that were sinking because the soil under the slabs was shifting. We applied PolyLevel foam under the slabs to raise it for good, then we applied Nexus Pro sealant to connect the slabs back to the surrounding wall.
This home was in need of a waterproofing installation because, well, the home was not waterproof. The products we installed are as follows: A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, a TripleSafe sump pump, a R&R Water Heater, a trench drain, Waterguard, Downspouts, cutwalls, and an Iceguard.
