This basement had a combined issue of foundation shifting and water leaking. We installed WaterGuard, PowerBraces, and a TripleSafe sump pump to fix the issues at hand.
This crawl space had sinking main beams because moisture was rotting away at them. We repaired the main beams by installing SmartJacks, which raised the beams back to their original state.
This block wall foundation was leaking every time it rained for these homeowners in their basement. They called us to fix that. We installed a full interior perimeter basement waterproofing system consisting of WaterGuard drains, a SuperSump sump pump with an UltraSump 4 battery back up, and of course the BrightWall panels. The BrightWall panels not only look nice and cover the dirty walls, but they also help drain water to the WaterGuard beneath the floor.
This homeowner called us regarding problems with their porch that was sinking. We used PolyLevel injections to resolve the problems for the homeowner.
PolyLevel Foam is able to raise concrete slabs on sidewalks, driveways, and porches. A small hole is drilled into the concrete, and then the PolyLevel foam is injected under the concrete to be raised. The PolyLevel Foam fills the voids underneath the concrete slab and raises it up. The hole that was drilled into the concrete was patched, and the porch will be ready to walk on again in about 15 minutes. Note how the gap is closed between the siding on the home and then concrete slab.
This home had a damp and musty basement that was affecting the health of the owner and the rest of the house. Like we always say, the best time to waterproof is sooner rather than later. You don't want to put up with a musty basement your whole tenure just to have to fix it because no one will accept the condition of the basement when its time to sell. With WaterGuard drainage, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, this basement is ready to be cleaned up for a finished look.
