Constantly having to sweep your sidewalk? Lift it with our PolyLevel foam!

Crawl Space Waterproofing in Greenville, OH

This crawl space in Greenville, Ohio was not doing a great job at locking out moisture, which was resulting in problems. We assessed the problem and provided them with our solution consisting of CleanSpace encapsulation, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and our SmartPump in case of plumbing leaks. The result is a beautiful crawlspace that is also incredibly healthy.

Crawl Space Encapsulation in Greenville, Ohio

This crawl space was emitting musty smells up to the first floor of this home. In order to stop the musty smells, we were going to have to do a full encapsulation. We encapsulate our crawl spaces with CleanSpace lining, which goes all over the floors, around the concrete piers, and partly up the walls. We then installed SilverGlo insulation on the walls which are amazing at retaining heat, helping people save money on energy bills. We then installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which is able to remove up to 100 pints of water out the air in a day.

Lifting Sunken Sidewalk in Greenville, Ohio

This part of the sidewalk leading up to the front porch had sunk a good three to four inches into the ground, which was a growing nuisance for the homeowners. This made things like carrying groceries into the home much more dangerous than before. The slab was also directing rain water down underneath the gap between the sidewalk and the front porch. By raising the sidewalk with our foam jacking services, we were able to eliminate both of the aforementioned problems. The sidewalk also looks a lot better, and is prevented from sinking any time soon.

Polylevel Injection System Used to Raise a Porch Slab in Terrace Park, OH

This sinking front porch slab was raised using the Polylevel injection system.  PolyLeveling requires using a foam that gets injected under the slab.  The foam fills the voids underneath the slab and raises it up to the correct height.
