This home in West Chester, Ohio had a rather large basement that needed waterproofed. We installed WaterGuard, a trench drain, and a TripleSafe sump pump. The basement is now able to stay dry in all types of conditions for the future. 

This sidewalk needed to be repaired so that no visitors of the home would trip and hurt themselves. We lifted and sealed the concrete with PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant. 

This home had a huge basement that was full of opportunities for potential finishing options. Before the owners could think about that though, we needed to help waterproof. WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump did the trick. 

This crawl space was leaking water whenever it rained. This problem became noticeable when the house started to smell musty and moldy. We waterproofed by installing CleanSpace matting liner across the entirety of the crawlspace. We also installed a Smart Sump sump pump in order to pump the water away that all the CleanSpace matting is able to trap. We also installed insulation products like rim joist insulation and SilverGlo paneling. Puddles of water in the crawl space will no longer exist. 

This basement in West Chester was leaking water through cracks in their basement. They also needed a sump pump replacement because their old sump pump was not working well enough. We repaired and waterproofed their basement through a custom system of our various products. First we replaced the old sump with our state of the art TripleSafe sump pump. We also installed Brightwall panels and WaterGuard filtration system across the whole basement. We also installed a trench drain across one of the basement doors. The result is a basement that will no longer leak water and is ready for finishing.
