Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

We installed our interior perimeter waterproofing system in Hyde Park, Cincinnati, Ohio. WaterGuard drains, a TripleSafe sump pump with an UltraSump 4 battery backup, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and some crack cover walls will keep this basement dry.

There was a lot of work completed in this basement, but what a difference it has made!  In order to stop this wall from leaking, bowing in, and to cover the wall we installed our vapor barrier, our waterproofing system, and our steel I-beams. This basement now looks cleaner, smells cleaner, and is dry as can be! Now if the homeowner wishes, they can turn their basement into whatever type of space they want without the worry of damage!

We installed a full interior perimeter waterproofing system for this foundation in Cincinnati, OH, to keep water away from the basement. We wrapped the entire perimeter of the basement with our WaterGuard subfloor drains, and we installed our most secure sump pump system - the TripleSafe (not pictured). The product that really transformed the look and feel of this basement though, was our CleanSpace vapor barrier wall system. This product immediately changed the look and smell in the basement, and it serves a functional purpose as well. The vapor barrier was tucked into our subfloor drainage system so that the vapor barrier can channel wall seepage moisture down into the drainage system beneath the floor. The homeowner was very happy with the outcome of the entire project, especially the new walls.

Noticing water stains below a window, we recommended a new drainage system and a sump pump replacement. This homeowner called us because noticed musty odors in their basement shortly after purchasing their home. They suspected that they were going to need a new waterproofing system, since they wanted to finish their basement as well. We told them it would be wise to install a waterproofing system, and that we could finish their basement for them with all of our 100% moisture proof products. They really liked how all of our products worked together, so they gave us the go ahead to finish the basement as well. After waterproofing with our interior perimeter subfloor drainage system and our TripleSafe sump pump system, we then began on finishing. We started by removing all the furring strips, and then installing our Basement to Beautiful insulation panels. These insulation panels are waterproof and will help drain water to the subfloor drains as well. These panels will also help the homeowners save lots of money on energy bills. We then installed our Everlast wall panels over the insulation panels to give the walls a finished look. Everlast walls are waterproof as well, and are easily washable thanks to their vinyl finish. We then installed the new floors with our ThermalDry Elite Plank flooring system. These planks look like well refined wood, but are made of inorganic material making them completely waterproof. They also have pegs that raise them off of the concrete floor, providing better insulation and a path for moisture to drain through. We finally added some trim, did some electrical work, and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to top it all off.
