This homeowner called us because the last contractor they hired did not do a good enough job to properly protect their basement from water. They claimed, "There is only one small sump pump and they should have put a larger one in or at least another one." They called us this time because they knew we would do it right because they heard about us from a friend. We added our WaterGuard drains under the floor of the basement, all around the perimeter. We then hooked them up to our TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is strong enough to handle extreme amounts of water because it has a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery backed up sump. Safe to say these homeowners are done looking for a waterproofing contractor to get it right.
This home was in need of a basement waterproofing job because rain water was leaking into their basement. We installed an interior waterproofing system consisting of WaterGuard drains, a trench drain, and a Super Sump Plus sump pump. We also installed ThermalDry walls to help insulate the basement as well.
This home owner noticed a musty smell coming behind their dry wall, so they called us out to inspect. When we peeled back the fiberglass behind the dry wall, we noticed the layer of fiberglass closest to the wall was growing mold. Not only that, but their were cracks in the foundation walls from hydro-static pressure. We did a full interior perimeter basement waterproofing system with WaterGuard drains and a TripleSafe sump pump. Now that the wall pressure was relieved, the customer can hang their dry wall back up.
This old sump pump was doing the owners dirty, literally. It was not strong enough to pump out enough water and was also not reliable enough to turn on properly. We replaced it with our Zoeller TripleSafe pump so the customer can now live with a peace of mind.
This basement had major hydrostatic pressure pressing on their floor and walls. Unfortunately, this house was at the bottom of a hill, allowing a path for rain water to lead to. They tried to remedy the pressure themselves by sealing the cracks with some type of sealant. This did not work as the pressure still bursted through their sealants. We told them about how our system actually relieves the pressure by inviting water to our WaterGuard drains we install under the floor of the perimeter of the basement. They were convinced and had us complete the job. We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump which contains a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a third battery backed UltraSump. Even though this basement had tons of water built up, the TripleSafe easily discharges the water far away from the home.
