Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

We installed our interior perimeter waterproofing system for this basement to moisture proof it. Seen is the WaterGuard drains covered by wet concrete and the TripleSafe sump pump attached with a UltraSump 4 battery back up.

This basement was compromised due to the homeowners existing pump not being able to handle the water it was receiving. On top of that, there was no drainage system in place, so we installed a system of drains with our WaterGuard product. 

With the addition of their young child, the owners of this home wanted to create a safer living space in their basement. Our RockWell window well will make for a great egress window that is both safe and sleek. 

The pictures show the replacement of a tiny basement window to an egress window, which allows easy access out of the basement. Seen in the after picture is Darren putting the final touches on the window.
