This home in Harrison, Ohio was having some water leak through some cracks, which were hidden behind some water pipes. In order to stop the leaking, we applied some FlexiSpan over the wall. FlexiSpan helps stop leaks, and although some water does still end up still leaking, the FlexiSpan guides the remainder water to a proper drain. 

This home had a driveway that had concrete that was weathering away and in need of a good repair. We took PolyLevel foam and sprayed it under certain parts of the concrete in order to level all parts of the concrete back to their original state. We then applied NexusPro sealant to seal the concrete together to look nice. 

This house required a couple of piers on the corner of their garage because the foundation was settling on that corner away from the rest of the garage. 

We replaced this home owners existing sump pump with our state of the art TripleSafe sump pump.

This sunroom had settled away from the rest of the home causing gaps, cracks, and other problems for the room. We stabilized this room by installing nine push piers around the perimeter of it. The push piers will ensure that this room stops settling. We installed three of the push piers on the left side of the room through the concrete patio. We then covered the patio with concrete, concealing the piers completely.
