This home's sidewalk had sank into the ground. This led to the driveway and sidewalk becoming disconnected. We raised the sidewalk with PolyLevel foam, and sealed the sidewalk and driveway back together. Not only does it look better, it is a whole late safer for any sidewalk goer.
This home had an unfinished basement with walls that were crumbling and caving in. This is a pretty common occurrence because over time, hydro-static pressure and just pressure in general from outside the walls put a pretty big strain on walls that are weaker, like concrete block foundations. The best fix for this is to place Powerbraces along the pressure points to stop the wall from completely failing. The Powerbraces are heavy duty and are designed to be able to hold a lot of weight and pressure. Now this customer does not have to worry about their walls collapsing in.
To stop this basement from leaking, we installed WaterGuard drains and a TripleSafe sump pump.
The best before before and after photos for waterproofing projects are no doubt the ones with CleanSpace walls. They are inexpensive and easy to install, but yet they do a fantastic job at covering up messy walls. They even tuck into our subfloor drains, which helps direct wall leaks to the sump pump.
