Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

The soil underneath this concrete pool area in Mason, OH, had washed away, causing the slabs surrounding the pool to crack and sink. To lift and stabilize the concrete, we injected the slabs with our PolyLevel foam. As the foam expanded underneath the ground, it filled all the voids and crevices that the problematic soil left behind. Because the foam is lightweight, it was able to lift the sunken areas of the concrete as well. After stabilizing the area and evening out all the slabs, our crew then sealed all the cracks and joints in the concrete area with our NexusPro joint sealant. NexusPro is a high performance, silicone based joint sealant designed to protect concrete from water intrusion. Unlike standard polyurethane caulks or sealants, it stays flexible throughout temperature changes, intense sun exposure, and moisture.
