Driveway Saving in Burlington, KY

This driveway had become weathered down and had sunken into the ground. It was also cracking everywhere, which was allowing water to seep in, and break the driveway down even further. We were able to lift the concrete pieces back to an even level, and then seal the pieces back together. It was a good idea to fix the concrete before it broke even further to the point of having to replace it entirely.

This pretty home had a concrete driveway/sidewalk that was falling apart. We put it back together with PolyLeveling foam and NexusPro sealant.

Concrete Patio Repair Services in Xenia, Ohio

This home's front porch was sinking into the soil. The sinking was resulting in gaps between the porch and the home. We aimed to seal the porch back to the home using PolyLevel foam, which is injected under the porch. The foam expands, and raises the porch back to a precise, calculated level. We then seal the reduced gaps using NexusPro sealant, which will not allow water to reach into the cracks.

Concrete Porch Repair in Troy, Ohio

In order to get this front porch back to how it was originally, we had to use our PolyLevel foam. We inject our Polylevel foam under the front porch to raise and level all the different parts of the concrete slabs to make them even again. In order to inject the foam, we only have to drill tiny pea-sized holes in the concrete slabs, which are very inconspicuous. After we level everything out, we then sealed all the gaps and cracks with our NexusPro sealant. The result is a front porch that won't settle again for a long time. Side note: The homeowner took out the flower beds near the front porch so we could have some room to maneuver, that's why you don't see them in the after photo.
