I contacted The Basement Doctor for a crack in my foundation that was causing water to leak in. Jon Asher came out and patched the crack in my foundation wall. Jon was professional and welcoming. I especially liked how he invited me to watch and ask questions so that I knew what he was doing. It allowed me to learn about the process and feel more comfortable about having him in my home.
