From the quoting process to completion of work, our experience with The Basement Doctor was wonderful. They took the time to check what was really going on to make sure we were getting the right solution and walked us through exactly what would happen and why. The installation team - Mike Pritt, Bradley, and Brian - were quick and professional. Mike kept me updated on the progress and made sure I knew everything they were doing.
