A certain side of the basement was leaking, so we aimed to fix it. We installed an Ultra Sump 4 and BrightWall panels on the wall. The panels will help lead water from the wall into the WaterGuard drains below the floor. The panels are also made of an inorganic material, so they can't grow mold.
This customer wanted their basement waterproofed so they could get rid of musty smells as well as relieve their basement walls of hydro-static pressure. We installed our interior perimeter system to solve the problem. Pictured is the Super Sump sump pump and WaterGuard drains under the wet concrete.
We recently had a project on an older home out in Covington, Kentucky. The basement was constantly flooding anytime it rained. The owners were tired of having to vacuum the water out each time it rained, so they decided to take care of it once and for all. It was a very prototypical waterproof job for us that required WaterGuard, a Super Sump Plus, an Ultra Sump 4, and a SaniDry Sedona. We also installed a trench drain, a guard around the water heater, and a CleanSpace wall. We used two sumps for this job considering how much rain this basement receives and how susceptible it is to leaking. After installation, the owners had no problem with rain and they can now focus on other better things to do with their time instead of constantly cleaning water out of their basement.
This home was in need of an interior waterproofing system that is able to pump out high amounts of water. We installed a Super sump, an Ultra sump 4, WaterGuard, and BrightWall to solve these problems.
The cracks in these concrete slabs could allow for further weather intrusion, causing the concrete cracks to get worse. We filled the cracks with Nexus Pro crack sealant, which is UV-resistant and won't crack or bubble.
