This poured foundation wall in the basement was leaking water due to built up hydrostatic pressure from the outside. We Begun to fix this problem by applying a flexible sealant along the leaking crack. Then, we placed a strip of flexible, porous foam over the sealant. Finally, we attached an impermeable membrane to the wall. This setup ensures that any future water seepage through the crack is directed discreetly into the drainage system below. The result was a happy customer who could finally finish their basement wall once again. 

This home in Harrison, Ohio was having some water leak through some cracks, which were hidden behind some water pipes. In order to stop the leaking, we applied some FlexiSpan over the wall.
