Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This home in Clayton, Ohio had walls that were bowing in slightly. This was a cause for concern because the longer left untreated, the higher risk for foundation collapse. We helped the owner out by installing 8 feet tall power braces, 11 in total. These power braces were insured to hold the structural integrity of the home for a long, long time. 

This home was in need of having their crawlspace renovated to keep moisture out. We went the whole nine yards and installed CleanSpace, a SmartPump, SilverGlo, and we even insulated the rim joists with spray foam. The crawlspace is now a lot healthier along with the customers lungs and wallets. 

The Turtl is designed to give the homeowner easy access into the crawl space while also being able to seal air out of the crawl space.  The Turtl is made of an inorganic material that will never rot or need to be painted.  

This home owner was in need of a crawl space makeover to keep mold and water out. In fact, some mold had weakened the wooden parts so much that they had to be replaced. Besides that, it was a pretty normal CleanSpace job. SilverGlo insulation, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, Smart Jacks, a Smart Pump sump pump, and vent covers complemented the encapsulation job very well. 

This home had a dirt crawl space, exposing moisture, dirt, bugs, and cold air to their home. We encapsulated it with our CleanSpace liner and insulated it with our SilverGlo panels.
