Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This home needed to be waterproofed because the owners were tired of dealing with mold and their storage getting wet. We were able to help by setting up our interior perimeter drainage system with WaterGuard connected to one of our Ultra Sumps. 

This customer in Fairborn, Ohio was having trouble keeping moisture and water out of their basement. Their biggest issues were mold growth and floods.  After they had one of our certified inspectors come take a look at their problems, they realized what they needed. The Triplesafe sump pump combined with our waterguard drainage system and Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier was a perfect solution. After our production team took extra care to cover their valuables, they got busy and completed the job in no time. Now, not only does our customer not have to worry about storing valuables in their basement, they get great air to breathe in and have a great peace of mind!

The owners of this house, like many other owners, wanted an egress window installation so they could count a room in their basement on their official home listing. An egress window is a safety standard for rooms in basements because it is an easy way to escape the basement in case of emergency. Our egress windows also look amazing and function really well. The homeowner was pleased with the job. *not pictured is the lid to the opening which we installed after the photo was taken.*

This homeowner had stained walls and floors from water intrusions in their basement. They called us to fix the problem, so we drew up a solution. We planned for a full perimeter WaterGuard drain system, hooked up to a SuperSump Plus sump pump. We also installed BrightWall panels to help cover up those stains. 

This homeowner wanted an egress window installed for their finished basement so they could finally build a bedroom down there. When installing the window, we made sure to keep their finished basement clean and protected from all the ensuing dust from cutting through their concrete wall. The new egress window will provide a safe emergency exit for anyone living down there.
