Wet Basement Repair in Cincinnati, Ohio

This basement was falling apart before we stepped in. Persistent leaks left behind stains and rusted appliances, while hydrostatic pressure pushed against the foundation, causing the walls to bow and crack. Moisture crept into the wooden floor joists, leading to damage and musty odors. Now, this basement is dry, stable, and built to last thanks to:

  • PowerBrace wall repair system
  • TripleSafe sump pump
  • BriteWall wall paneling system
  • WaterGuard subfloor drains
  • Our dedicated crew

A complete transformation from top to bottom.

Basement/CrawlSpace Waterproofing in Sabina, OH

This home had a crawlspace and a basement. This basement/crawlspace was made of poured concrete walls which were leaking water. This was considered one of our bigger jobs as we installed, Waterguard, CleanSpace, a SuperSump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also sprayed Anabec cleaner and spray foam insulation to clean the mold and keep the basement insulated.

Basement Waterproofing Contractor in Wilmington, Ohio

This homeowner had stained walls and floors from water intrusions in their basement. They called us to fix the problem, so we drew up a solution. We planned for a full perimeter WaterGuard drain system, hooked up to a SuperSump Plus sump pump. We also installed BrightWall panels to help cover up those stains.

Basement Waterproofing Company in Wilmington, Ohio

One side of this basement was leaking water any time it rained, so this homeowner called us for help. We told them we could waterproof just the one problematic side for now, and if they needed more work done in the future, we could come back out and extend the system. Often times, we find that if you only waterproof one side of the basement, the water will work its way around and eventually begin to build up outside the wall of where there is no waterproofing system. This is because water pressure builds up around the foundation evenly, and a partial system does not relieve this pressure, meaning cracks and leaks can still form in untreated sections. This homeowner does not care if the basement leaks on the untreated sides because their basement isn't finished, and they know they could have us back out in a jiffy to complete the system once/if that day comes.

Basement Waterproofing Dayton, Ohio

This wet basement in Dayton, Ohio needed a waterproofing system. After Dayton had received a massive rain storm, this basement reeked of must, and the owner found out the drywall was concealing tons of moisture. At this point, the homeowner decided to have us come out to install a full waterproofing system, including our CleanSpace walls. The white CleanSpace walls can be seen in the after photo. The walls tuck into our subfloor drainage system, and they will help protect the drywall the owner plans to install over them. They will also block out musty smells and keep moisture away from the basement.
