This home had an old sump pump that needed replacing. We replaced it with a SuperSump Plus sump pump with an UltraSump 4 battery backup. 

After encapsulating and insulating this crawl space, we installed the cherry on top, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This home had a basement that was dirty and wet. We fixed it up to be clean and dry by installing CleanSpace walls, WaterGuard, a french drain, and a TripleSafe water pump. 

The concrete pad just outside of this garage had sunken into the dirt. This had become annoying for the homeowner because every time they pulled their lawn mower out, it would not be a smooth process. It was also a pretty dangerous tripping hazard, as the garage was a place where they moved heavy items in and out of. We fixed the gap by injecting our PolyLevel foam underneath the concrete pad in little pea-sized holes. Afterwards, the concrete pad was flush with the garage floor, making life a whole lot easier for this homeowner.
