This foundation wall was caving in horizontally, which is something that could lead to wall failure. We installed PowerBraces to make sure that never happens. 

This crawlspace was capturing moisture at a rate that was unsustainable. Mold was eating away the wooden parts of the crawl space. We encapsulated the entire crawl space with CleanSpace matting and we also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to stop all moisture. 

This home had a very unique brick pattern, which was becoming corrupt because of vertical movement in the home's foundational slabs. We installed helical piers on the slabs to stop the movement and to move the bricks back in place. 

This home's wet basement was growing mold and destroying the dry wall. In order to repair the drywall, they needed to waterproof first. We installed a Super Sump which was connected to a system of WaterGuard drainage. After this, the customer was able to reinstall dry wall and not have to worry about the basement becoming wet again. 

This home had a crawlspace that was receiving too much water and moisture, so we were tasked with waterproofing and encapsulating the crawl space. We started by laying down CleanSpace matting all across the floors and walls of the crawlspace. The patented CleanSpace is able to block out all elements as well as drain water to the sump pump at the same time. We installed the Smart Sump as the sump pump as well as the Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier for good measure. This crawlspace will never leak water again.
