This crawlspace was due for an encapsulation that locks it out from the open earth. CleanSpace, a SaniDry Sedona, and a Smart Pump were installed to complete the job. 

This home had a crawlspace that was leaking massive amounts of energy as well as water. We encapsulated using CleanSpace and SilverGlo. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona to dehumidify, and a SmartPump to pump out water. The result is a well functioning crawl space. 

This driveway slabs were ever so slightly separating from one another. The customer called us to make it stop once and for all. PolyLevel foam was sprayed under the slabs to make them on the same level. NexusPro sealant was then applied in between the cracks to close the gaps. 

This basement needed some WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump installed in order to stay dry. We did just that.

This home had bowing walls and water leaking issues in the basement. We did the normal PowerBraces with WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump to fix both these problems.
