This home had a horizontal crack in the foundation wall. We used a helical pier system to stabilize and lift the foundation. If you look at the blue tape on the before picture, you can see the gap in the wall. In the after photo, you can see that the gap is gone.
This home was on the side of a hill, which was causing foundation problems. The hill was moving, causing the slab of the home to sink. We were able to attach helical piers to the footers and stabilize the foundation.
This house required a couple of piers on the corner of their garage because the foundation was settling on that corner away from the rest of the garage.
A SmartJack was used to support a floor that was unlevel, sagging, and creaking. The SmartJack has an adjustable screw that is used to raise the floor to the correct position.
