This home's wet basement was growing mold and destroying the dry wall. In order to repair the drywall, they needed to waterproof first. We installed a Super Sump which was connected to a system of WaterGuard drainage. After this, the customer was able to reinstall dry wall and not have to worry about the basement becoming wet again.
This home had a crawlspace that was receiving too much water and moisture, so we were tasked with waterproofing and encapsulating the crawl space. We started by laying down CleanSpace matting all across the floors and walls of the crawlspace. The patented CleanSpace is able to block out all elements as well as drain water to the sump pump at the same time. We installed the Smart Sump as the sump pump as well as the Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier for good measure. This crawlspace will never leak water again.
This home had a waterproofing issue that needed some help. We installed WaterGuard drainage and a SmartSump sump pump. This basement won't have water proofing issues any time soon.
This customer wanted a sump pump installed to one of their existing waterproofing drainage systems. They opted for the TripleSafe sump pump, a great choice indeed.
This homeowner called us because they had a lot of hydrostatic pressure built up around the foundation of their home, resulting in many water leaks. These water leaks were affecting their ability to store their collector items that they prized a lot. They also had future plans to finish their basement with some new walls and floors, which they couldn't do until they waterproofed their basement. Luckily, we had the perfect system installed to relieve their worries. The system consisted of a full waterguard system around the perimeter of the basement, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and two SuperSumps in opposite corners of the larger basement.
