Basement Waterproofing System Installation in Georgetown Ohio

This customer was having issues of one side of their basement being susceptible to leaking and flooding. Multiple cracks had appeared on one side of the basement due to the houses physical location and its relation to water. The side house also had a window that was leaking water. Since the house was only leaking from one side, we installed our waterproofing system on one side of the basement to save the customer resources. The window received a Well Duct to flow the water into the Water Guard, the floor received our Water Guard and Super Pump Plus, and the walls received our Clean Space Wall to keep the walls dry and looking good.

Basement Waterproofing & Basement Wall Panels in Eaton, Ohio

This block wall foundation was leaking every time it rained for these homeowners in their basement. They called us to fix that. We installed a full interior perimeter basement waterproofing system consisting of WaterGuard drains, a SuperSump sump pump with an UltraSump 4 battery back up, and of course the BrightWall panels. The BrightWall panels not only look nice and cover the dirty walls, but they also help drain water to the WaterGuard beneath the floor.

Basement Waterproofing in Amelia, OH

This home had a damp and musty basement that was affecting the health of the owner and the rest of the house. Like we always say, the best time to waterproof is sooner rather than later. You don't want to put up with a musty basement your whole tenure just to have to fix it because no one will accept the condition of the basement when its time to sell. With WaterGuard drainage, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, this basement is ready to be cleaned up for a finished look.

Basement Wall Crack Repair in Amelia, Ohio

We covered a crack in this basement with the FlexiSpan system. We start by covering the crack with our patented FlexiSpan caulk. We then cover the caulk with foam that is able to lead any water that still may come through the crack. This water is lead to a trench dug in the concrete in the floor of the basement, directly under the crack. We then cover the foam with another layer of caulk. We then cover the entire crack with a BrightWall panel because it looks clean. The whole goal of this system is to seal the crack and allow any water that still may come through to travel to a trench. Other contractors may opt to just seal the crack, which will just lead to larger cracks because they aren't relieving water pressure off the wall.

Egress window installed in Hamilton, Ohio

We installed an Egress window in Hamilton, Ohio.  In these photos, you can see the difference in size between the original window and the egress.  An Egress window provides an accessible exit way out of the basement, which could save someone in case of an emergency.
