Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Many customers have aging sump pumps that are not able to keep up with their usage. Usually, a big flood happens, and the owners decide its time for a new pump. This house that we set out to waterproof was built in 1937 and had a block wall foundation. The relatively new owners of the home loved everything about the house, except for the fact that it leaked water every time it rained. In the before picture, you can actually see the damp spot on the floor closest to the wall. To waterproof it, we installed WaterGuard drains all around the interior perimeter of the basement, a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and BrightWall paneling to give the walls a nice clean look. The homeowners won't have to worry about musty smells everytime it rains anymore.
