We recently hired The Basement Doctor to raise a slab in our master bedroom and master bath. Our sales rep, Matt was knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were able to schedule to have the work done in a reasonable time frame. Their crew was friendly and professional. Kevin was our foreman and Andrew was his assistant. They were experienced and focused. We were satisfied with the work done. After cleaning up they were on their way. I would recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

Very professional and obviously knew his job.  High priority on neat and tidy, which was very much appreciated.  Although original agreement included loss of a bush, the foreman managed to route the drain line around it much to our satisfaction!!

TJ, Cortland, and Corey did a great job encapsulating my crawlspace. They worked very hard and paid close attention to the details in the job they did for me. They used the CleanSpace thick mill vapor barrier, and spray foamed my rim joists and sill plates. This has helped with humidity, dust, keeping tiny critters and bugs out, and making the HVAC's job easier. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their crawlspace encapsulated.

In spite of the difficulties my crawl space gave to the crew, they were friendly, professional and did a great job with no complaining. I know it was a muddy mess, yet they were still able to finish the job. After many years of putting up with a flooded crawl space, it will take some getting used to knowing I will no longer have the worries of flooding, the musty smell, and the mold/mildew issues. Just want to tell everyone about this company and the service they provide! I cannot thank you enough!!!

I am writing in regards to the work done in my basement by your wonderful group of guys.  I work in a business where getting positive feedback doesn't happen all that often but I know it is a good feeling when it DOES happen because I have been there a time or two. I have to tell you that I have nothing but positive feelings towards your company from the first time your sales rep, Steve Purdon, came out to give me the estimate.  He was very nice and professional.  He explained things in detail about what would take place (and how noisy it would be). He answered all of my questions without hesitation.  He was a very nice gentleman who, even after his part was done, stopped back by during the work to see how the crew was doing because he knew it would be a difficult job. Now enter your work crew headed by Ryan Watson.  Also included in the crew were Allen Cason, Pete Schaffer, Brian Zimmerman, and Justin Everitt.  You have a group of very hard-working, courteous, nice young men in your company. They are very organized and they keep a clean (or as clean as possible) work space, sweeping up each day after they already put in a VERY hard days work so that if I had to go downstairs for anything, I would track the least amount back up the stairs.  They got the job done efficiently and I was amazed at how much they got done in one day each and every day. I never heard a negative comment come out of any mouth. They were just as nice at the end of every day as they were in the beginning, even though they had to be completely exhausted. They still left with a smile on their faces and a promise to be back and do it all over again the next day and they never failed to live up to their promises. In essence, I just want to tell you what a great group of people you have working for you who don't slack for even a minute.  I was very impressed and I will definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs a "basement doctor" in the future.  I wasn't sure who to call and I have to admit that I called a few people because of that. I didn't talk to anyone else in person and I stopped looking after I met with Steve. We had our annual inspection completed on July 2nd by Jon A. Our system had been installed by the previous owners and Jon explained each part of the system and how to check to make sure it was in working order. He was very professional and courteous!

Impressed by crew.  Clean up was excellent.  Ten inches of September rain and NO WATER!

Servpro recommended you after our basement flooded.  I was extremely pleased from start to finish.  Chris was very patient while we waited to get things in order.  Brent and his crew were fast and professional and took the time to answer any questions I had.  Our basement has stayed dry even with all the rain we've gotten.  We are thrilled!!!
