What made you choose our company:

I had two sump pumps & a basement dehumidifier installed in 2018. I shopped around; however, The Basement Dr. was the most reasonable in price, the Sales Rep. was knowledgeable, patient and there was no ‘hard selling.’ I clearly is one of the best things I've done for my home, and for my peace of mind. I had my fourth annual maintenance done today by Logan - on the sumps & dehumidifier. I can't say enough about Logan’s professionalism, knowledge, and ‘absolute thoroughness’. LOGAN is the best of the best; he performed checks on the system that no other service tech had ever performed in 4 years. He loves his job and the company – and it shows!
