So far we've had a great experience with The Basement Doctor. The reason for the leak in our basement was clearly explained, scheduling was easy, and the technician, T.J. B., did a great job installing the solution needed for our project and cleaning up after the job completely. Just had it installed today and have been very pleased with the process.
The entire ordering, scheduling, and installation process went great.
We had to change our dates and Nadine N was able to work us into the schedule at a time that worked for us
Roger K did a great job explaining our options and did not try to push us into a more expensive fix than we needed
T.J. B. was great! Right on time, courteous, showed me what he was doing at crucial steps, and even cleaned out some stuff hidden behind the drywall. He cleaned up the job completely and explained next steps clearly. Couldn't have been better.
T.J. B. did an awesome job cleaning up after his job and even removing a few things behind the drywall that I was unable to reach. Great job!
