This driveway was shifting and causing the concrete slabs to crack and separate from one another. After we used PolyLevel foam and sealant to reconnect them, the driveway was back to looking good.
This home was in need of a basement waterproofing job because rain water was leaking into their basement. We installed an interior waterproofing system consisting of WaterGuard drains, a trench drain, and a Super Sump Plus sump pump. We also installed ThermalDry walls to help insulate the basement as well.
This home owner noticed a musty smell coming behind their dry wall, so they called us out to inspect. When we peeled back the fiberglass behind the dry wall, we noticed the layer of fiberglass closest to the wall was growing mold. Not only that, but their were cracks in the foundation walls from hydro-static pressure. We did a full interior perimeter basement waterproofing system with WaterGuard drains and a TripleSafe sump pump. Now that the wall pressure was relieved, the customer can hang their dry wall back up.

With this driveway being on a troubling hillside, it was no surprise to see that it had started to crack. You see, when a driveway is on a hilly surface, it is more likely for the soil underneath the concrete to experience washing, where water forcibly moves the dirt down the hill. We were able to level out the driveway with our foam jacking services, which will also help prevent soil washout from happening in the future. We topped the project off by sealing all the cracks with our NexusPro sealant. The homeowners were happy that their beautiful concrete driveway was saved.
