In the before photo, you can see a space between the trim of the stoop and the concrete slab. You can also see where the concrete sidewalk sunk and pulled away from the step. We used Polylevel Injection to raise the plate. The space between the trim and concrete is now gone, and the sidewalk is level to the step.
This house in Dayton, Ohio needed their basement repaired and waterproofed. There were cracks in the walls, which were resulting in water leaks. We installed CarbonArmor over the cracks to funnel the water to the WaterGuard, and to keep the walls from cracking even more. We also installed our TripleSafe Pump with all the necessary discharge products. The house now has a waterproofed basement.
This home's front walkway was sinking in certain parts because the soil underneath it was not nearly compact enough. We filled under the areas of the sidewalk that were sinking with PolyLevel foam in order to make sure the sidewalk was leveled. We then sealed the sidewalk with NexusPro sealant, to make sure water can't penetrate the sidewalk anymore.

This homeowner called us because they had noticed some large cracks in their garage. They also noticed the cracks were "active" and were spreading in their depth. We went out to first jack the concrete slab with our PolyLevel foam. After everything was level, we then sealed the cracks with NexusPro sealant. It's important to seal large cracks like this because if water gets into the cracks, it can ruin the concrete further. The result was a satisfied customer, who could now stop worrying about their garage floor from cracking.
