Sump Pumps Photo Album: Overwhelmed sump system resolved with a TripleSafe in Martinsville, OH
A homeowner in Martinsville, Ohio was noticing that his sump pump didn't seem to be able to keep up with the amount of water that was coming into the basement. He called The Basement Doctor for a solution to this problem. The homeowner met with Mark who recommended that a TripleSafe Sump Pump System and a SaniDry Sedona Basement Air System is installed to resolve the problems that the homeowner was having in this basement.
The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is a three pump system. Pump 1 is a 1/3 hp Zoeller Cast Iron Pump. This pump will do the pumping most of the time. If this pump becomes overwhelmed with a high volume of water then Pump 2 will also start pumping along with Pump 1. These two pumps working together can pump up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of the basement. Pump 3 is an UltraSump battery back-up pump that will pump water out of the basement during a pump or power failure. This pump comes with its own battery and charging station.
The SaniDry Sedona is used to dry and filter the air of the home. Too much humidity can cause musty odors, encourage mold growth and insects. The SaniDry also has special filters that filter dust mite droppings, mold spores and other particles from the air. The SaniDry makes the environment of your home healthier and more comfortable.
