Sump Pumps Photo Album: WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing in Cincinnati, OH

A Cincinnati, Ohio homeowner was experiencing water seeping into the basement and puddling on the floor.  The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati to find a solution to this problem.  Walt, a Certified Inspector, recommended that the homeowner have WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a TrenchDrain, and a SuperSump with IceGuard and a LawnScape Outlet installed to resolve the problems that the homeowner was having in the basement. WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub-floor piping system that is used to intercept the water that seeps into the basement.  The TrenchDrain is attached to the WaterGuard piping but it has a grated top to allow the water to flow in and is usually installed across doorways and hatches.  The Water from WaterGuard and TrenchDrain flow into the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement.  The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump.  This pump can pump up to 2,650 gallons of water per hour out of the basement.  The SuperSump includes the WaterWatch Alarm, SuperLiner, and Airtight Lid.  A sump pump is used to pump water out of the basement.  IceGuard has also been installed to the discharge line to protect against floods from a frozen or clogged pipe.   Now, the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System will be intercepting the water that seeps into the basement and draining it into the sump pump system, the basement will be dry.  The homeowner will now have a dry space that can be used for storage or extra living space.
