Sump Pumps Photo Album: TripleSafe Sump Pump System installed in Leesburg, OH
A Leesburg, Ohio homeowner was concerned that the current sump pump system that they had installed seemed to be going into "overdrive" and wanted to recommendations for a solution to this problem. The homeowner met with Chris, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that a TripleSafe Sump Pump System is installed to resolve this problem.
The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is a three pump system. Pump 1 is a Zoeller 1/3 hp pump that will do the majority of the pumping. Pump 2 is a 1/2 hp high volume pump. This pump operates if pump 1 fails or if pump 1 becomes overwhelmed with a heavy volume of water, pump 2 will start up giving Pump 1 a "turbo boost". The two pumps pumping together can pump up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of the basement. Pump 3 is the UltraSump Battery Back-up System. This pump will operate if the power fails and will run on battery power. It comes with a battery and charging system.
Now with a 3 pump system installed, the homeowner will have a powerful pump that will be able to handle the water that seeps in without becoming overwhelmed.
