Sump Pumps Photo Album: SuperSump, UltraSump and TripleSafe Pumping Systems used to resolve water in Amelia, OH

An Amelia, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement along the walls.  The house has a poured foundation and is less than 5 years old.  They called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati and met with Austin, a Certified Inspector for help resolving this problem.   Austin recommended WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, A TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner.   WaterGuard is a piping system installed along the perimeter of the foundation walls and is used to intercept the water that is seeping into the basement.  This water is then drained into a sump pump system and pumped out of the basement. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three pumps.  The first is a  Zoeller 1/3 hp pump.  This pump will do the majority of the pumping.  If there is a pump failure, or if the first pump becomes overwhelmed with the amount of water that is seeping in, the second pump, which is a Zoeller 1/2 hp pump, will start up giving pump 1 a "turbo boost".  The third pump is the battery back up pump.  It will turn on during a power failure and will pump using battery power and it comes with its own battery and charging station.   The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump system has one of the best pumps available, it includes the WaterWatch Alarm, the Super Liner and an Airtight Lid.  The WaterWatch Alarm sounds if the water reaches the point that the pump should have turned on or if there is a power failure.  This will alert the homeowner to a problem before damage occurs.  Having these systems installed to intercept and pump water out of the basement will help the homeowner to keep the basement dry.  The dry basement will now be able to be used for extra living space or storage without worries of damage caused by water seepage.
