Xenia, OH Advanced Foundation Repair & Basement Waterproofing

Our team was called out to a property in Xenia, Ohio with an uneven front stoop. This homeowner had made the decision to have PolyLevel injected under the concrete fixture in order to raise and level it. PolyLevel is a high-strength polyurethane foam that lifts slabs back to level with minimal invasion.

PolyLevel injections provide a solution to concrete sinking that addresses the root cause of concrete failure. It is injected through very small holes drilled through the concrete that become almost invisible when patched. PolyLevel provides a permanent and high-strength solution. After the process was complete, the stoop had been raised back to level. This left the homeowner with peace of mind as they were able to walk on the stoop without the fear of their guests and family members falling on the uneven surface. 

A home that was built in 1875 had water seeping into the basement on the floor.  We installed the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona.  The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub-floor piping system used to intercept the water that seeps into the basement.  The water is drained into the sump pump system to be removed from the basement.  The SuperSump includes a SuperLiner, Airtight Lid with an AirTight Floor Drain, and the WaterWatch Alarm.  The SaniDry Sedona is used to dry and filter the air.  Controlling the humidity in the home is an essential step in keeping your home healthy.  To give this basement a semi-finished look, the homeowner could also have BrightWall Panels installed.  BrightWall Panels cover the walls like traditional paneling and also drain wall leaks into the WaterGuard.
