This home had a crawl space that was leaking water all along the floor and walls. In order to waterproof, we first encapsulated the crawlspace by laying down our CleanSpace liner everywhere. This seals out water, dirt, and other things from the crawlspace. We also installed a SmartSump sump pump which is able to take all the water that the CleanSpace directs towards the pump, and shoot it away from the home. Our services were rendered helpful, the customer said they have never seen the crawlspace that dry when it rained.

The foam cures over the course of a day leaving a powerful and lightweight foundation beneath the slab. PolyLEVEL is the preferred method over traditional forma of mudjacking or slab jacking.

I just bought a fixer upper and one floor is bowing in the middle of the room. I don't thnk it affects any other areas of the house. It does not have a basement or crawlspace, but I am taking up the carpet and floors anyways so cutting a hole in the subfloor is not a big deal to me
