This crawlspace was sinking and it was leaving the floor boards saggy. To fix this and stop the foundation from moving any further, we installed helical piers under the crawlspace. The piers were also able to raise the house back to normality.

We were able to replace this existing pump with our Triple Safe sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump is equipped with three different pumps, a main one, a secondary one, and a battery backed one. We were also able to configure the pump to their existing discharge lines, since they were not clogged and were working just fine.

This homeowner wanted an egress window installed for their finished basement so they could finally build a bedroom down there. When installing the window, we made sure to keep their finished basement clean and protected from all the ensuing dust from cutting through their concrete wall. A homeowner was experiencing water in the crawl space and called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati for a solution to this problem. The home was built in the 1950s, has a block foundation, and no sump pump had been installed. The homeowner scheduled an appointment with Donny, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that A CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona.
The CleanSpace Liner is a bright white 20-mil-thick plastic liner that is attached to the floor and walls of the crawl space to provide a vapor-proof barrier between the ground and the crawl space.
The TripleSafe Sump Pump System consists of three pumps. The first pump is the primary pump that will do the majority of the pumping. The second pump is a high-volume pump and will turn on if the first pump becomes overwhelmed by a high volume of water. Both pumps will run together simultaneously pumping water out of the crawl space. The third pump is the UltraSump Battery Back-up Pump and will automatically turn on and run during a power failure to pump water out of the crawl space. It comes with its own battery and charging station.
The SaniDry Sedona is used to dry and filter the air. It is important to control the amount of humidity in the crawl space because high humidity encourages mold growth, insects and musty odors. The crawl space is a part of the home so whatever is in the crawl space is also in the home. By having the SaniDry installed, you will have lower humidity and healthier air in your home.
In the photos, you can see the difference between what the homeowner originally had in the crawl space compared to having the CleanSpace installed.
