There is nothing worse than a flooded crawl space. Water in the crawl space can lead to mold, mildew, and wood rot. That is what kept happening to the crawl space of a home in North Bend, Ohio. Every time that it rained, the crawl space would pool with water - which was starting to rot some of their wooden support beams. They knew it was time to call the experts after a storm in June left several inches of water under their home. 

The first thing our crew did was encapsulate the space and seal off any vents with airtight covers. Then they replaced the rotten wooden support beams and stabilized the new support system with SmartJacks. Lastly, they installed a SmartSump. This sump pump is uniquely designed for crawl spaces and will pump any water collected back outside.
