We installed a RockWell Window Well for a customer in Milford, Ohio. A RockWell Window Well looks like a rocky landscape from the inside of the home. The RockWell provides a way of escape out of the basement. As you can see in the photos, the original window well was not very wide and would have been very difficult to be able to escape the basement through that space. The RockWell Window Well will provide ample space for exit and also has steps built into the well to make it easier to exit the basement during an emergency. The RockWell Window Well Covers are strong enough to stand on and also let in natural light.
We installed WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a TrenchDrain, SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, and PowerBraces to resolve problems the homeowner was having in the basement with a wall that was cracking, bowing and seeping some water into the basement.
A Milford, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water intrusion along one wall of the basement. We installed WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System along with a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System and an UltraSump Battery Back-up System to resolve this problem for the homeowner.
The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system that intercepts water that seeps in and drains it into the SuperSump pump system to be pumped out of the basement.
The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System has a 1/3 horsepower pump, The WaterWatch Alarm, a SuperLiner, and an Airtight Lid.
The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System will keep this basement dry and allow the homeowner to use the space for storage or living space without worries of water seeping in and causing damage. The UltraSump Battery Back-up System will automatically turn on during times of power outages or pump failure giving the homeowner added security that the basement is safe from water intrusion.
A homeowner in Milford was having problems with water seeping into the finished basement through some cracks in the foundation. They had tried to fix it themselves, but the repair wasn't working. They met with Austin, one of our certified inspectors, who recommended to have WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing system, BrightWallPaneling system, SuperSump Pump System and a SaniDry. The WaterGuard intercepts water that seeps in through the cracks in the foundation. The BrightWall Paneling System directs the water into the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing system and is pumped out of the basement through a sump pump system, such as the SuperSump Pump System. The SaniDry will keep the humidity low. These products will keep the basement dry and the homeowner will once again be able to use the basement as extra living space.
A Milford homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement. The certified inspector recommended a WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and PowerBraces to stabilize the foundation. The homeowner decided to have WaterGuard installed on some of the walls in the basement and tie it into the sump pump system that was already there.
As a future project, the homeowner could have WaterGuard placed in the rest of the basement and also have the PowerBrace System to stabilize the foundation.
