The outside of this home had the gutter downspouts too close to the foundation of the home. We installed discharge lines to lead far away from the home to a spot where the water couldn't make its way back to the home. We also installed our LawnScape Outlet to the end of the discharge line so it looks nice in the yard and deters debris from clogging the lines.

A home in Mason Ohio was having issues with a cracking and sinking driveway. We lifted the driveway back to level with PolyLevel and sealed the cracks with UV-resistant NexusPro joint sealant. This should permanently stabilize and protect the concrete.
A homeowner in Mason, Ohio, was having problems with water seeping into the basement. The water seemed to be coming in between the wall and the floor and also through a window well. The homeowner reported already having a sump pump installed, but thought they probably needed a new one. We installed a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to replace the existing pump. We also installed a WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a WellDuct Window Well Drain for the homeowner.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub-floor piping system that is used to intercept the water that seeps into the basement. The WellDuct Window Well Drain will drain the water from the window well, down through a duct, and then into the WaterGuard. The SuperSump will pump the water out of the basement. For more details and a demonstration of how this works, see a Certified Inspector for a free estimate.
A Mason, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement. The home is about 35 years old with poured foundation walls and the basement currently had a sump pump installed. The homeowner met with Walt, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump system is installed to resolve the problems the homeowner was having in the basement.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is our patented piping system that is installed along the perimeter of the foundation walls. The WaterGuard piping will intercept the water that is seeping into the basement and drain it into the sump pump to be pumped out of the basement and away from the home. In the photo, you can see the WaterGuard piping has been installed under the floor, leaving only a small wall flange exposed.
The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end 1/3 Zoeller Sump Pump System. The SuperSump includes the WaterWatch Alarm, the SuperLiner, and Airtight Lid. The SuperSump can pump up to 2,650 gallons of water per hour out of the basement.
Another product to be considered for this home would be the BrightWall Paneling System. BrightWall Panels are sheets of plastic paneling that cover the walls and also drain wall leaks down into the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. The bright white color of the BrightWall reflects natural light and gives the basement a semi-finished look.
These products working together to intercept the water and then pump it out of the basement will give the homeowner a dry basement for life that they can use for storage, extra living space or recreation without worries of water intrusion.
A Mason, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the unfinished basement. The foundation is block and a sump pump has not been installed. He met with Donny, a Certified Inspector who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, and an UltraSump Battery Back-up System is installed to resolve this problem.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is our patented piping system that is installed along the foundation walls. The WaterGuard intercepts the water that is seeping in and then drains it into a sump pump system, such as the SuperSump, to be pumped out of the basement.
The SuperSump is a high-end 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump that can pump up to 2,650 gallons of water per hour out of the basement. It includes the WaterWatch Alarm, the SuperLiner, and the Airtight Lid. The WaterWatch Alarm sounds when the water reaches the point that the pump should have turned on. This will alert the homeowner to a problem that needs to be resolved before damage can occur. The SuperLiner has 96 holes in it so that water from under the floor can also drain into the liner to be pumped out of the basement. The Airtight Lid keeps moisture from evaporating back into the basement, keeps out bugs and odors and keeps objects from falling into the liner.
The UltraSump Battery Back-up System will automatically turn on during primary pump or power failure. It will run on battery power and comes with its own battery and charging station.
