This home had a bowing wall and water leaking issues. These two problems are commonly seen paired together due to hydrostatic pressure built up outside the foundation, (it also didn't help that their existing beams were failing due to poor material). First, we installed our WaterGuard subfloor drains and our TripleSafe sump pump to deal with the water issues. We then installed PowerBraces on the bowed wall to ensure that the wall does not move horizontally anymore.

Polylevel used to lift a garage slab in Lawrenceburg, IN

A homeowner in Lawrenceburg, Indiana had a garage slab that was unlevel.  The homeowner met with a Certified Inspector, who recommended that the Polylevel injection is used to resolve the problem with the garage floor.  Polylevel injection uses a foam that is installed under the slab, which expands, fill the voids and raises the slab.  

Home with a basement and a crawlspace repaired in Lawrenceburg, IN

A Lawrenceburg, Indiana homeowner has a home with a basement and also a crawl space area.  We installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System with Drainage Matting, spray foam insulation and a SaniDry to keep the humidity low in the crawl space.  In the basement area, we installed the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System.  

In the crawl space area, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System is installed to form a barrier between the ground and the crawl space area.  CleanSpace is a plastic liner similar to a pool liner that is installed on the floors and walls using special spikes and fasteners.  The SaniDry Air System will keep the humidity low in the crawl space.

In the basement, WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is installed.  The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system installed along the foundation walls to intercept water that seeps in and it is drained into a drainage system, such as the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to be pumped away from the basement.
