Hamilton, OH Durable Foundation Repair & Basement Waterproofing

We came to investigate the issue and found that their kitchen's flooring was built over a concrete slab that was settling and becoming uneven. We injected PolyLevel underneath the concrete flooring - lifting it back to level and stabilizing it for the homeowners. 

We were asked to investigate some water infiltration issues in a Hamilton, Ohio basement. Our team discovered that the main culprit was the basement's leaking walls. We used BrightWall panels to give the basement a bright look while ensuring that any water that condensed on the wall or slipped through the wall cracks would be channeled down to the WaterGuard. The PowerBrace System is steel I-Beams that are secured tight to the wall and anchored with brackets secured to the floor and floor joist to immediately stabilize a failing wall.  The PowerBrace's unique design allows the system to be tightened over time potentially reversing wall failure.  What this means is when the PowerBraces are installed the wall will be stabilized against further movement.  It may need to be tightened a little bit over time before the wall failure is reversed.

The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump that Chris recommended is a high-end 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump.  It comes with the WaterWatch Alarm, the SuperLiner, and Airtight Lid.   The UltraSump is a battery back-up pump that automatically comes on during primary pump or power failure.  

We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with CleanSpace Vent Covers, SilverGlo Crawl Space Insulation and RimTight Rim Joist Insulation for a homeowner in Hamilton, Ohio.
