Crawl Space Encapsulated in Englewood, Ohio

The owners of a home in Englewood, Ohio were becoming concerned by a stale odor wafting through their home. After checking the crawl space, they learned that they had a mold issue. They called us to come to evaluate what could be done to resolve the problem. 

Our technicians recommended encapsulation and sealing off the vents and entrance to the crawl space. The homeowners agreed so we sealed off all of the vents and entrances with airtight products that will prevent damp outdoor air from entering the crawl space and creating issues. We also installed a CleanSpace liner, which will prevent vapor from entering the space. Lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This dehumidifier is the most powerful for its size and is highly efficient. This solution resolved the issues in the crawl space and will protect it for years to come.
