External forces like hydrostatic pressure can cause your foundation walls to cave in. No worries though, we have the solution. Our steel I-beams called PowerBraces are not your ordinary I-beams. They have insane tensile properties and can take very strong loads. They also were designed to prevent damage to your floor joists near the top of them, for when the wall begins to straighten itself out.

This particular slab of concrete that needed to be lifted was imprinted with small hands from 20 years ago. The hand imprints were left by the children of the owner's of the home, and were very important to the home owners. The hands had slight cracks in them, so when we were going to lift the concrete, we had to be extra careful. Luckily our team was able to give the perfect lift and carefully seal the hands back together. The home owners were so lucky their piece of history had not been torn apart.

Not a lot of homeowners visit the crawl space area often. The SmartSump is designed especially for crawl spaces! It has a unique lid design so that if water leaks from a plumbing problem it would fill a special pocket on the lid and sounds an alarm alerting the homeowner to a problem. The UltraSump battery back-up pumping system has a second pump in case of primary pump failure or power failure. It has its own power pack and charger. An alarm will also sound when this pump is running alerting the homeowner to an issue with the sump pump systems.
CleanSpace Encapsulation System is a 20-mil thick liner that is attached to the walls and floor of the crawl space to permanently separate the crawl space area from the ground below. The white finish makes it easier to see in the crawlspace and keeps it free of mold, insects, and dirt. CleanSpace Vent Covers help to provide an air-tight seal. An Everlast door is our crawl space door that makes it easier to access the crawl space.
With the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, SmartSump and UltraSump Systems, along with the CleanSpace Vent Covers installed the homeowner will not have to worry about water in the crawlspace. The Everlast Door will make it easier to access the crawlspace when needed.
