This customer wanted their basement waterproofed so they could get rid of musty smells as well as relieve their basement walls of hydro-static pressure. We installed our interior perimeter system to solve the problem. Pictured is the Super Sump sump pump and WaterGuard drains under the wet concrete.

Using PolyLEVEL, an expansive polyurethane foam we lift and level sunken concrete slabs. The foam expands beneath the surface of the concrete lifting the sunken concrete slab. The foam cures over the course of a day leaving a powerful and lightweight foundation beneath the slab. PolyLEVEL is the preferred method over traditional forma of mudjacking or slab jacking.

PolyLevel and Waterproofing Used to Repair California, Kentucky Basement

A home that we worked on in California, Kentucky was having issues with sloping basement floors and water infiltration. We used PolyLevel polyurethane foam to lift the concrete basement floor back to level and stabilize it. We then installed a series of waterproofing products, including a WaterGuard, Sump, and IceGuard. After the work was complete the homeowners were left with a stable basement floor that would stay dry all year long.
