Foundation Services Photo Album: Sinking Garage Lifted and Stabilized in Owensville, Ohio

We often find garages that sink away from the home are on complete separate foundations from the rest of the home. And a lot of the time, builders don't give the garage slabs enough love when they build their homes, for whatever reason. Anyways, to stop this garage from sinking, we installed piers to the footers and then drove the piers down to stable soil. We were then able to raise the garage to fix their sticking door and windows.
