Foundation Services Photo Album: Tilting Chimney in Fairfield Stabilized with Helical Piers

This home had an issue with their chimney tilting away from their home and putting some strain on their foundation. An attempt was made to stabilize the foundation with a set of 3 helical piers installed beneath the chimney's base. We also installed 10 PowerBraces along the home's basement wall in order to stabilize it as well.
