We decided to try Basement Drs. Our foundational problem was serious and extensive. Just when we thought it was bad, it got much worse. However, they were able to come up with a plan to correctly address all the issues (which were many). Donny DiPalma and Matt came up with a plan that worked. Both Patrick Weatherholt and Mike Pritt (overseeing both projects) were really good and attentive in their work. They both displayed great integrity. Will most definitely request both of them for any future work. Their work ethic was very impressive.

Project Manager Dave, was easy going, not pushy and confident in what he was selling.  Good experience!  Work crew was very efficient, in and out in less than two days.  They attempted to preserve grass even though it rained.  They were very informative when we met up with them about what they were doing and what they found. 

I recently had work done on my basement by your company. The crew consisting of Ryan (the foreman), Brian, Pete and Andrew were very respectful, polite, neat and extremely hard working. Ryan kept me informed as they progressed and made sure that I understood everything when they were finished. They behaved in a professional manner and managed to be friendly as well. I wasn't sure what to expect in the beginning, but they certainly impressed me. You are fortunate to have employees such as these. All in all it was a positive experience. Kudos also for Chris Henderson, who really helped me decide first of all which company to go with and secondly, what work needed to be done. He is easy to talk to and he listens! He was thorough with all the details. Thanks for everything!  

Everything went as planned and on time!  The workers were really good at their jobs and were very careful with their working around the house.  They picked up and cleaned everything up as they were working and after.  They were nice people.

We had work done several years ago, so you had a good reputation from that.  I had done a lot of research on the internet to learn about the method used here.  Very good repair!  Thanks so much!

Patrick W. and his crew were extremely polite and explained the process of installing helical piers, standard brackets. The job was done in 4 days and they left my yard in good shape.
