a 40-year-old home in Middletown, Ohio was experiencing some leaking from cracks in the basement walls.  The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati and met with Kent, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair and a Triple Safe Sump Pump System is installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner.  FlexiSpan is a patented crack repair system developed by Basement Systems.  FlexiSpan is installed by applying a bead of sealant, followed by a FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip and a Sealant Overlay.  This crack repair is permanent and works every time! The Triple Safe Sump Pump system is a three pump system.  Pump 1 is a Zoeller M-53 1/3 hp pump.  This pump will do the pumping most of the time.  If this pump fails or becomes overwhelmed with a high volume of water Pump 2, a Zoeller M-98 1/2 hp high volume pump will start.  Both pumps running together remove 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of the basement.  Pump 3 is the UltraSump Battery Back-up Pumping system.  This pump will start if there is a power failure and will run on DC power to remove water from the basement.  It comes with its own battery and charging station.
